I love the Swiss braided bread. It is so pretty!I bet it tastes great too. Ihope to have the guts to try it. You make it look so easy…I think I kill my yeast because I make great bricks! Keep up the good work. I love your site. I read about your barn cats today. They are so darn cute and of coarse I love your Miss Kitty in the house that eats tomatoes!
Thank you Tina,
If you’re bread isn’t rising either the water or milk is too warm. It helps to use a candy thermometer to test the temp. Good Luck!
Is there a trick to printing out your recipes? I would like to just print the recipe and not all the pics can I do that?
Hi Tina,
One of the things on my to-do list is to fix it so recipes can be printed easily, but I haven’t gotten to that yet. In the mean time, I can email you the recipe and directions. Which recipe would you like?
Thanks.
