Hi, my name is Suzanne and I grew up in the country. Oh wait, that is starting to sound like your bio. Well, my name is Suzanne and I did grow up in the country and still live there. Great name we have, don’t you think? I’ve read your blog for a while now. I love the photos, and the view of an area of the country that is different than where I live in south Louisiana. Congratulations on your year of blogging. I’ve thought about writing one myself, but with two kids (10 and 12 years old) and a full-time job, there is no way. Keep up the good work!
Well, nothing like the lure of swag to bring me out of lurkdom. 🙂 Actually I’ve meant to say hello and compliment you on your blog for quite some time now but stayed quiet … let me congratulate you on your one year anniversary. I check your site several days a week and it’s always a pleasure. Well done.
I’m in New England, right on the ocean, back in the area where I grew up, but I lived in Eastern Kansas for many years. I spent about 15 years in Lawrence and 10 years further south in Pittsburg, KS. I miss it very much. It’s not just the people and my friends, I miss the land and the space; the sky, the wind and the wonder. I miss the openness of spirit in the land and in the people.
New England is lovely. I live in a seaport town where tourists flock, but the prairie stirred my soul in a way nothing else does. So, I thank you for sharing your “window on the prairie” … I love the view.
Hi, This is Mary from Michigan I wrote about my kitty Lady, I have your Little Kitty as my desktop just kinda peeking over. I have never made soap , but have sewn, crochet, and other crafts. Enjoy your weekend and I’ll be checking back to your site and looking at your kitty.
Lord bless you folks.
Hello! I’m Marge from west Michigan near the shores of Lake Michigan. I live in the country with my hubby on our 29-acres. We have 3-sons, all married, and 5-grandchildren.
I recently found your blog and enjoy it so much, Suzanne. I love your sense of humor and your photography is awesome. Congratulations on your 1-year anniversary!
