Awwww, how cute! They were cute even as eggs, would the mama attack you if she returned home? Thanks for these pics, they are so cute.
Both mom and dad yelled at me from a nearby fence. So I only took a few pics for leaving them alone.
thanks Carol!
What I think about is when they fledge and land on the
ground…..sweet kitty or the barn cats will give them
a very slow death! I still haven’t gotten used to how
cruel nature is. mm, vancouver, wa.
Well, this is up at the farm about a mile up the road. There aren’t any kitties up there, so they do have a pretty good chance of surviving after they fledge.
So precious. Circle of life.
So sweet! I have a pair of house finches that nest in my flower box every year. We have to be very careful when we water the petunias! So much fun to watch.
Cute! Looking forward to the future pictures!
When I was in second grade we had a nest outside my classroom window and watched the little birdies. It was great. I haven’t seen it since then and I’m really looking forward to your future pictures.
