A Host Of Daffodils……And A Violet

The daffodils in the flower bed are in full bloom now.  I planted them a couple of years ago. It was one of those variety packs where you’re not quite sure what you’re going to get. I like the deep orange trumpet of this one.

This one has a frilly edge. Very pretty.

These are just opening up, so they look kinda shy.

Ever take  a peek inside a daffodil? There’s a lot to see in there.

This violet popped up by the front door, and we’ve been enjoying it’s lovely small blooms.  Sometimes the best things in life are not planned.
