Cattle, corn, wheat, beans, mud, snow, ice, and drought. Plenty of fresh air and quiet. Our life is sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes joyous, but never boring.

      Hi Bonnie,
Harland’s a little shy on video, but I can’t talk, as I don’t want to be videoed at all. Maybe some day.

Tractors are some of my favorite motor vehicles; I look forward to seeing your ride video.

Mercy! I had forgotten that tractors are so loud; nearly blew me out of my chair until I turned the sound down. Can’t wait for the ride-along!

    Wow
I learn something new everyday. Are you guys planting soybeans in last years corn field? Soil looks little dry too, is that typical for Kansas soil?

    • Suzanne says:

Yes, we practice no- till where seed is planted directly into last year’s stubble. Cuts down on soil erosion. And yes, it is very dry here. Hubby said last night that we may have to replant some of the field corn as it never germinated.
      Thanks for visiting Mikec4193
