Me:  Now I hope you don’t try to jump outside when I open the door to come in, Kitty.

Kitty communication is an odd thing. Who would think that flopping over onto the floor and stretching would mean this?

But it does. And this is how Kitty greets us at the door.

Cattle, corn, wheat, beans, mud, snow, ice, and drought. Plenty of fresh air and quiet. Our life is sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes joyous, but never boring.

    I’t like she just melts when she sees you home!!!!! Very cute….. Now try a 56 lb. dog that does the same. They love us unconditionally…….

    My calico, Sundae, does the SAME thing….only she usually tempts us into rubbing her tummy…which can be hazardous if we don’t know when to stop…

    Did you bring Kitty a souvenir? Maybe some cream? She is so happy her family has returned, so they can tell her what a pretty KItty she is ! I love everything Kitty. ; – )

    Kittehs are the funnest pets, our kitty did us the same way until we adopted her form the neighbor and brought her home a litter box and food bowls one afternoon; she’s lived with us ever since.
